and score you off for not adding words that weren't even dictated. The verbatim made perfect sense, but no, QA had to do something to it, which to me is no longer verbatim.

Then, you do that to the next report, and the next QA marks it off and says "this is a verbatim account; no need to add extra verbiage."

SMH!!!!
