I take pride in my work and at my other "real" job I give 110%, but with MT work, they get what they pay for. Now, I don't cut corners and I do check spelling and go back over some reports, but all of the demographic stuff that we are supposed to do for free, no way. If they dictate the name and I can find it in one try, then I do it; if not, it goes to the client; same with cc. If I get some inconsiderate jerk talking a hundred miles a minute, I either log off or send to QA, stating I cannot understand what he is saying. Some fasting talking PA can't say the doctors name clearly, it goes to the client. I only do this now for supplement and on my terms, otherwise, I would go screaming into the night.

They have killed this job in more ways than one and deserve the high turnover, poor quality, etc.
