QA overboard scores - sme

I can understand errors and errors being marked, but what about something like this, just give your honest opinion.

Dictator states: IMAGING
You place the heading dictated, glance over and see that the IMAGING STUDIES heading is preferred, but you leave IMAGING as he dictated this, and there is a check mark that it is correct.

It gets QA'd, and you get 1 full point taken off, and when you question why a full point, and you are told, the preferred heading was IMAGING STUDIES. One full point.. That is what is ridiculous. They want to fail you. Anyone reading that report would know "Imaging" is "Imaging" whether it has studies or not, but taking off points like that, is what is hurting the company.
