interested in a medical job, the language knowledge will be a plus. The remote MTSO jobs do not pay well, and even the decent companies who still provide benefits frequently run out of work if they lose accounts.
Your best bet is to find a job locally in a clinic or a doctor's office, since more than a few of them are disgusted by the lousy offshore work and want better quality. You might have other office duties in addition to transcription, but you'll know who you're dealing with and have a more stable workflow and paycheck. Scribing jobs can also pay well, but again an in-house position will be more reliable and higher paying than the underpaid scribe jobs online.
If you're just looking for an at-home job, I'd consider something else like customer service, tutoring, general transcription, childcare--anything.
Glad you stopped by--best wishes to you.
