Glad you were able to find this site, but why you decided to pursue medical transcription is beyond me. If you are having difficulty with your coursework now, you will have more difficulty IF you are able to secure a job, which will pay you on average 3-4 cents a line for voice recognition editing, which most of these jobs now pay. There are VERY few jobs where you are able to type, so in your first year or so, you will be lucky if you MAYBE make $100 a week. You will also be competing with other medical transcriptionists such as myself, who have DECADES of experience for jobs. Welcome to the world of medical transcription!
