She changes policies every few days. I was there. I seen it happen. First there was no "audit penalties." Then there was. Then a talk about changing to a lessor penalty. The India company pays for any QA to Pennhealth at 2 cpl - start up and any failed audits. Nuance is the one doing the audits and you know how they are when it comes to errors. Any "seasoned MT" will still make errors. They will still get penalized 10$, 15$ or 20$ whichever it is now. You havent once told us what the new rate is. Why is that? There is still a chance someone can get put on 100% and that policy is still there. You can make excuses all you want, but it can happen.
