While you may have worked at PennHealth previously, you have not worked here for a while and many things have changed here. The accounts manager works and fights for the MLS. I have no doubt. She is getting policies changed for the better. You are making people have doubts because of the items you are pointing out that are not even in place anymore. The things you are pointing out are not untrue, but they are OLD AND CHANGED. So they are irrelevant. So you are providing the wrong information to those on this forum.
