When you first start, you will have to send to QA for at least a few days so they can see your work just like all companies do. So you are on 100%. Depending on how you pick up the account specs and pay attention to detail, they can have you off 100% I would say in a week. Then depending on the managers mood or the facility you work for, then you can either send on to the facility or send to PH QA. There is no set rule what you can send to the facility except when they start getting too many reports with blanks or too many errors in that report. Then she will have you start sending to PH QA. It all depends on her mood which changes frequently.
