Pend to QA - DOT

The main thing, I believe, that would make you have to send it to PNH QA would be excessive blanks. I heard there are some that try to send a 12 line document through with 20 blanks. The facility will reject those. Nothing is done by the accounts manager's mood. She has to follow what the facility tells her. So, if the facility says that is too many blanks, then she has to listen.
