We have a policy in place that if you fail the first audit in calendar month you are made aware of it. If you fail a second audit within the same calendar month, you are placed back on non-DSP for 4 cpl for the few days it should take you (if that long) to get back on DSP. Now if you are a good MLS none of this should matter. We are all human, but making 2 critical errors in one month should not happen to a seasoned MLS. Oh, and the new calendar month starts a clean slate.
