I'm a recruiter for a company that performs clinical trials. With my experience in the medical field, they were very happy to hire me. You might start googling companies that perform clinical studies and send them your resume. My particular position is local, but these companies also employee people to work from home after a training period. Also, don't overlook your local clinics and hospitals. You might have to start as a receptionist, but once they realize how much general medical knowledge you have, they will promote from within and, believe it or not, there are still companies that appreciate a job well done.
