Can we agree that Nuance didn't "embed something" while the PC was still in the box? If so, a factory restore takes care of that.

Personally, I wouldn't go that far, but even if you think they did embed something (which is undetectable by any current or future virus scanner), a factory restore fixes the problem.

I did mention a factory restore. Nothing gets past that, unless Nuance was able to embed something while the PC was still in the box.

I'm not trying to be condescending. I'm trying to be factual.
