Years ago, I applied for financial aid and it was a big, big help. I will always be grateful for that help. If you qualify for any of these programs out there geared towards helping people get on with life and into better employment opportunities, then why not do it. A lot of us really deserve the assistance after such an unfortunate downturn in our profession. I really hope more MTs will do everything in their power to check out all programs available to them, just like the posters above, and not take no for an answer.
