Are you asking for another company or are you a former Nuance MT or...?
The petition does establish we are eligible, all of us, who have been laid off after 11/03/2017 through I believe 03/29/2020 since the petition was certified on 03/29/2018.
Final paragraph:
"All workers of Nuance Transcription Services, Inc., a
subsidiary of Nuance Communications, Inc., Atlanta,
Georgia, who became totally or partially separated from
employment on or after November 3, 2017, through two years
from the date of certification, and all workers in the
group threatened with total or partial separation from
employment on the date of certification through two years
from the date of certification, are eligible to apply for
adjustment assistance under Chapter 2 of Title II of the
Trade Act of 1974, as amended."
Signed in Washington, D.C. this 29th day of March 2018.
