I don't know what to tell you but to try again. I did have a little trouble getting them on the phone at first, but I called the next day right when they opened up (10 a.m., CST I think?) and got through okay. Still was on hold for a while at first. They were very helpful and friendly. I don't remember having any problems filling out the forms on the website, I was just calling them to confirm some stuff.

If you can't get through on one office number, try another? The Saint Paul one is the main one.

Good luck. I'm still very, very happy with my Dell with a solid state drive (SSD) and Word 2010 that I got from them.
