Why not just check out BestBuy or Walmart for their refurbished systems. Prices are tremendously good, they come with a 90 day warranty. Supplier of refurbished computers for BestBuy is excellent. I have purchased three of these computers from BestBuy - Win 7, 8, and 10, and one from Walmart with Win 7 all in the past couple years for MT work - all still running great. Just search the websites for computers-refurbished. And there's no need to worry about "income" restrictions! Worth checking these out.
