Years back when I started with Nuance and after install of their programs, my name as owner of the PC was replaced with theirs. I found this out when I had to reinstall my Instant Text program from the IT website. IT wouldn't allow me to do it because they said my name (the same name that had purchased their program) was not on the computer. They, however, gave me instructions on how to re-place my name as owner of the computer. Very easy and then they were able to allow me access to Instant Text download.
