I've been looking. Way too many are in bed with screwance and VDI.

By the time you hook up with an Australian or Canadian or other non-US company and convert the currency, pay any money transfer fees, or other factors, it's the same as any other MTSO here for wages in the long run.

Best bet is to get out of MT altogether. Any MTSO not currently using VDI is way too far and few between to find, and they're only going to become more and more rare as time goes on.
