With people saying their VDI situations are different; one says computer not renamed, several say theirs were, some says 26 pages of instructions, now one says a 5-minute video, somebody said india techs dont call back, it takes hours on the phone with them and they still cant figure it out.
Is it any wonder people are confused and want to ask questions and hear everyone else's experiences?
