This is 100% true. I lost over $100 on one paycheck because I made a mistake and I was paid 2 cpl. PennHealth does QA on pended reports, but not on the work concerning your percentage of accuracy . . . Nuance does that. You have to use Fiesa for the feedback . . . you might as well still be working at Nuance. Of course, I'm not there anymore.
