I just called UPenn Health System to ask this question and got a voicemail.

Just curious if there was any affiliation to UPHS?

Also, is this US based or India owned?

(I once had a company whose office was based on Louisville, KY, but was actually owned in India and after we passed the QA JCAHO audit, they let us all go immediately and transferred the work to India without warning, so just like to be sure.)

I still applied, of course, and I guess they can call themselves whatever they want, but that's slightly misleading.

It's such a shame we have to be so suspicious these days. Then again, I'm just glad not everyone has gone to EHR (or EHRs that don't accept transcription at least) yet.
