They were too smart to make this error in the legal transcription world, and they also were too cautious to offshore it. When will people realize accurate medical records are just as important? In fact, they ARE legal records in a very real sense and should be treated with the same respect. By that time, the best and brightest, so to speak, will have retired or been forced out. Makes you wonder.
