I never expected to retire at 62, but am so happy I no longer work for MM. Don't get me wrong, when I discovered medical transcription 20+ years ago I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I know not everyone can do it, but I highly recommend early retirement if at all possible. My blood pressure has gone down over 20 points and I no longer have leg pain from sitting. I was just thinking the other day if someone offered me a million dollars to go back into medical transcription I would say NO THANK YOU! Leaving was the best decision I have made since originally going into medical transcription.
