MModal does not give references. I did not know this until after I left. I was told by my next employer that MModal only provides employment verification, and YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT. She said when she at least tried for verification she was told to enter a credit card number!!! Sucks.
I do hope you move on to something less stressful and more profitable. I actually could not believe the stress relief when I left. Good luck to you.
