At least 1 HDSM is not disclosing it was downtime. It matters very much to everyone in her BOB.
Plus, at this point most people are running out of NoWork hours, which means a situation like this could lead someone to lose their full-time status and benefits.
And there are those who live in states where over 8 hours a day is considered OT. If your days off happen to be in the beginning of the week in those states, you're SOL.
