Sometimes I log on and have nothing or maybe 1 or 2 jobs, then there is nothing else after that, or not until after my 8-hour shift. Then I might get 1 or 2 more jobs "if I am lucky." Over 3/4 of my hours on this pay period are NJA hours. That is out of 80 hours. I don't remember what it is like to only be NJA for 1 hour. I will be lucky to have 40 hours of production after 2 weeks.
