It has to be more than just regular NJA. I have seen in the past that no one tells us unless we ask. If I ask my HDSM then I get the reply that there are Fluency problems, but unless you sit here and wait for work, you don't get paid. It is my guess that they don't want us to know that so we will decide to leave and not wait for work, and then they don't have to pay us, so they don't tell us unless we ask first. Just a guess, but it sounds like a normal tactic for MM. My HDSM is out of the office so I haven't yet sent an inquirty.
