In a perfect world, that's the way it should be...on them. But, we work for MM and it will be on us!!!
We can put in for the downtime, but I'm sure it won't be approved and then we'll get snippy, rude emails on how we're supposed to make sure we do every second of our scheduled shift and we can't claim downtime when there was none, etc., etc. You know the drill.
