NJA vs. - Downtime

I was told there was no downtime. So...how are we supposed to make our timesheets correct when we're not being given any info? Why do I have to work more when it wasn't my fault I wasn't getting any work?

Even if we are given downtime....it won't be for as long as the downtime really wsa. Ever notice in the past how little time was alotted for the downtime when it was for much longer than MM claimed?
