FIRED/LAID OFF MTs.... Where are you now? - Former MT

I formerly worked for the 2 evil step sisters. Fired from one going on 5 years now and laid off from the other 2 years ago. I have since applied at my local school district and worked as a substitute admin clerk and this past March was hired as a full-time employee!  I was an MT for 28 years total and I was under so much stress that I actually had to see a doctor and be put on medications. Now, I get paid generously, have sick days, vacation time, weekends off, holidays off PAID, etc. etc. It's hard work but sooooo much better than stressing out day after day and wondering if you'll be able to make the bills that month.  Would love to hear from some other MTs and see how they're doing now. :)
