My accounts officially ran out of work (off shored I believe) April 2017. I was also working for another company and that gig ended November 2017. I found a part-time job as a dispatcher for a local towing company to help keep me afloat BUT Monday I start as a Medical Secretary for a GI office. The office manager just called to say she is so glad I accepted their offer and is excited to have someone with my experience work for them! Awesome, especially since I am 59 years old. Hang in there. All of us will eventually find a meaningful, well-paid position. Also my new position is Monday through Friday NO WEEKENDS and paid holidays!! What a concept. I also have medical, dental and vision insurance. Never happened in my career as an MT. Just sayin'
