I believe that happened last round of layoffs - My primary account had more work than usual 'cuz of the layoffs but then it quickly disappeared. Got a new account with lots of work that also quickly disappeared. We're being used til the accounts are farmed out, then layoffs, then busy new accounts, then layoff -- repeat -- until obviously at the end all or most work will be farmed out.
