I'm applying for:
Surgery Scheduler
Placement Specialist
Medical Records
Ward Clerk/Scheduling Clerk
Medical Secretary
Patient Experience Liason
Patient Representative
Medical Records Imaging Specialist

I found these jobs on the job board for a couple hospitals near me. I read these job boards daily. I also look on Glassdoor, LinkedIN, and Indeed.

I will be completing an arrhythmia class in 4 weeks, so I will also be qualified at that time to be a Monitor Tech (the only requirement is the arrhythmia class, medical terminology class, and BLS for Healthcare Providers class). The BLS class is a 4-hour CPR class that costs $40, and the arrhythmia class was offered at my local JC.

MA is also a job which is in high demand and (in my state) takes 2 semesters to complete the training for. Check out your junior college web site.

I'll be completing my prerequisites for nursing school in the fall semester. If I end up on the waiting list for nursing school, I'll be taking about 3 additional classes so I can work as an MA (if Monitor Tech doesn't pay off) while I'm waiting on the waiting list.

Good luck to you! If I can do this, you can do this!
