Yesterday was a crappy day in a sea of crappy weeks and other personal stuff going on in addition to the big M. In a nutshell, I felt like I was losing everything.

Thank you to everyone who sent me encouragement and your own personal stories. It lifted the fog.

I finished my shift yesterday, cleaned the house, sorted the mail, took a shower, and sat out in the sun for a bit. And then I watched the Amazing Race for inspiration! I made a list of nonMT hospital jobs and found out that the college I've been attending has a job fair on Wednesday and a "How To Get a Job at a Job Fair" free clinical workshop on Tuesday. I'll be attending both. Even if I don't get a job this week, it's all experience I can learn from so I can get a job.

Today's tasks: laundry and work (in actual clothes with makeup and everything because this too is practice for what will be my real life).

Thank you for the offers to help with my resume. I finished my functional resume last week. I also already have my interview outfit ready to go.
