If they would allow people who wanted to, i.e., me and others like me, to take it without pay (without using the Excused Absence no Pay) which we only get XXX amount as part-timers, and LET US USE EXCUSED ABSENCE-NO WORK; it would LEAVE MORE WORK FOR THOSE WHO REALLY WANT IT. Common sense to me - but obviously NOT to them!!!
