If some of them are anything like my OM, she works way more hours than 40 hours, works across a large number of accounts, and has basically 5 hours a day where she will not reply to anything because she is getting sleep. On her PTO she checks in. On her days off, she is still on.
I do not know how many of these OMs actually do not do anything. Every OM I have had here actually is like the above...and in the last 3 years, I have had 7... Why would they trim it there if they can squeeze 60 or more out and still pay the same?
