I literally cringe when reading so I've stopped. I never respond to their requests anyways. My favorite one is this:

"Good Evening Everyone!! Work is very light as is usually the case in the Evening ... take out the first "this morning" as it is redundant. It seems to be a good evening with regard to workflow......."

I just want to write back "HUH!?"
