A PTL is kind of a submanager, assign jobs, deal out stats, etc.
I imagine the poster meant "position" and not "positive." You know how "smart" phones have a mind of their own. I also took it to mean the PTL could move to MT, QA or consider themselves jobless (that's what else there is). Knowing how imedx works, they would most likely consider that as a resignation instead of a layoff, meaning the former PTL would have a hard time getting unemployment.
