They definitely do not care. - worthless HR

This pay period there was some error that resulted in an extra deposit into our bank accounts, which imedx reversed without a peep from HR (or manager) about this. Not one word! You think they would have at least told us not to go spend this money! My questions regarding insurance during open enrollment went unanswered. They did reply to my emails so I know they got them, just didn't care to answer. I wonder if they treat their clients like this?
