There was some rule about not paying for the first few days or if you didn't stay for a certain amount of time, so every report I typed for those couple or 3 days I wasn't paid for.
The QA was crazy ridiculous. They would completely change sentence structures to whatever the QA person thought they should be. They wanted the MT to do this, I believe, for better structure, but these kinds of changes are always subjective and was impossible to do exactly what QA wanted.
They were nice, though, but just didn't have the patience for going through that kind of scrutiny and didn't like not getting paid for what I did do for them.
At the time a few years ago they were using Word and it was very cumbersome.
