IMEDX is fully funded by Indian companies/individuals. Their goal was to build the client base through acquiring companies. They did so for a while. Unfortunately, clients, they have are not producing revenues that are needed. The investing parties are questioning whether IMEDX has a chance against Nuance or M*Modal; and are holding their purse string closed.
