basis as to what SHE wanted, although in my interview she talked about the BOS as the bible. Every time she makes a "change", even if it is a comma, she takes it out of your pay. I consistently have a 99%+ to 100% accuracy rating. After a few weeks of her crap, I told her to pound salt. Pay stinks, but her attitude and condescending manner stinks more. If you notice, they routinely look for help. They claim it is because they are growing (nothing but BS), they cannot keep good MTs. It is always the same accts they need staffed.
