You deserve a metal! It is better to deal with the devil you know than the devil you don't. You would just be jumping from the frying pan into the fire if you went with another company. Also most are IC positions.
Stay put, maybe you could find a PT MT job and go from there, but don't rely on a company to give you steady work. You should check out being a scribe and get away from this madness or better yet, just find another type of job if you want to leave Nuance.
