If you haven't tried emailing HR yet, I would do that first stating exactly when you worked, etc. and you expect the bonus. If that doesn't work try DOL (although DOL could not help me, but I am in Tennessee). If its asking for the contact person in HR give them Lynn Gilley's name, I guess. If all else fails, some of us have an attorney waiting in the wings and you could join us in a lawsuit.
