I was somewhat confused about this too, which, as the other MT said, is exactly what they want.
Here are the dates I was given to go by^: ADP 5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16. I took those AHR and divided by 4. There are probably others doing it differently, but that should get you close to the right amount. BTW, my AHR has not been correct this whole time.
