I have no special privileges, just an MT here like everyone else. Anyone has access to his email which is the only line I have to him. When I have questions, I email until I get an answer. Everyone is afforded the same opportunity. You just have to do it, and take charge of your own situation. Why would anyone expect someone else to be in charge of getting their problems solved and questions answered? If I waited around for someone else to do it, I would never get the answers I am looking for.
