Has Nuance set up their business in such a way as to be extremely difficult to sue? Did they do this intentionally, to allow themselves the "benefit" of being able to rob employee wages with great success and no penalty? This is my impression and fear, based on previous experience with lawyers considering a lawsuit against Nuance, but choosing to drop it. Please let us know what the lawyer says.
