No skin off their nose, they seem to be getting away with it. I have to hope that the shameless thievery they have perpetrated is illegal and that someone in authority will call them on it.
You shouldn't have to hire a lawyer to get what you are due, especially when you have the documentation to prove it.
Also, is Nuance a nonprofit charitable organization? Nope, it is not. They have plenty of money to spend on their CEO, their IT talent, etc. Why should they be allowed to stiff us?
I so wish you were right, but so far it looks like they are getting away with it scot-free. I fervently hope someone can help us. If anyone receives a positive response from a complaint or claim let us know, even if it's only lip service. A little hope goes a long way!
