Because Mmodal was too lazy to actually go back and figure out - how much they owed each employee Posted: Aug 11th, 2017 - 10:31 am In Reply to: Civil case Trial vs. Settlement - Lawyer disappointment
They only paid the bare minimum they had to. Thousands of dollars owed to thousands of employees and all we got was a discount on AHDI membership or Benchmark. Then Medquist turned around and provided it free anyway to all employees, whether they were in the lawsuit or not. AHDI is a lying greedy organization who knew employees were being taken advantage of, encouraged offshoring and then offered to "help" in a way that benefited AHDI more than anyone. No wonder Mmodal and ADHI are besties right now. Win win for everyone except the employees.
