Our law firm has been looking at this case from a wage-theft / breach of contract angle. Texas employees that were impacted should call 210-361-0070 for more information regarding their rights and options. I think Nuance is exposed to a lot of liability and owes the employees a lot of money that can be recovered and paid out in a short amount of time. This is not the only company that does this to its employees. It's very sad when a company makes money by ripping off its workforce.
